Gentle Flow Yoga

A slow and steady yoga practice that emphasizes therapeutic movements that are accessible for all levels. This approach to gentle flow yoga connects postures through breath and movement. The Gentle Flow class starts with yin postures to stretch the body and prevent injuries, followed by a slow flow, and then ends with mindfulness meditation and breath awareness to cultivate relaxation. The intention of the slow pace is to encourage students to tune in deeply to the messages from within their body.

Qigong (virtual)

Qigong is an ancient movement practice that brings healing and balance to our body, mind, and spirit. These gentle, mindful movements transform blockages so we are physically at ease, mentally alert, and spiritually more loving to one’s self and others.
“Qi” means energy, “gong” means cultivation.

Mindfulness Meditation Workshops

An introduction to meditation and its power to calm the mind and help us to transform our strong emotions. Classes will include -

  • Movements for relaxation

  • Full meditation instruction - including posture, breathe, and relationship to thoughts

  • Contemplative readings

  • Time for personal sharing
